After spending 11 months aging in neutral red wine barrels, the final blend came together in Soquel's stainless tanks conditioning on local raspberries. The final product pours a vibrant red with medium carbonation.
The raspberry flavor is dominant with a slight fluffiness from the unmalted wheat. It finishes with a slight bite from the overall dryness and aged hops.
