A blend of golden ales secondarily fermented in a mixture of oak barrels with Brettanomyces. Additionally, there is added coriander, orange peel and Amarillo hops all while bottle conditioning it. The resulting ale is complex; yet refreshing and aromatic with an intriguing citrus zip.
