Tiny Kent Falls Brewery is a real deal farmhouse operation.
They brew in a refurbished barn nestled into a corner of the 50-acre Camps Road Farm. It’s in Kent, Connecticut — a town of fewer than 3,000 people.
There, they craft locally grown ingredients into some of the best rustic brews we’ve tried. They even open ferment their Wild Ales in an old milk chilling vessel that they’ve re-purposed into a coolship — a relic left from when the property housed a dairy! Cool!
Thrillist certainly noticed their unusual approach. They named Kent Falls the Best Brewery in Connecticut, saying their unconventional methods “practically put them into a class of their own.”
And today, you can sample their hyper-local flavors with Superscriptᴵᴾᴬ!
This 4.12 UT-rated brew was masterfully crafted with locally grown malts and hops purchased from the farms that bred, grew, and harvested them.
