This saison was stainless fermented with a blend of yeast, conditioned with Brettanomyces in a Oak Foeder and blended with saison aged in Territorial Winery Chardonnay barrels. The blend was subsequently dry-Hopped with Galaxy, Azacca and Amarillo hops then re-fermented in the bottle.
