A West Coast style Saison, that blends fresh beer with beers aged 1 and 2 years in neutral oak. Mildly tart and bursting with fresh hop aroma and flavor, balanced by Brettanomyces from the wild yeast. This beer used the same base blend as the Citra and Mosaic version, and the Mosaic hops provide a more herbal and spicy flavor profile.
