This brew starts strong with a burst of pie crust aroma followed by a nice blend of fresh raspberries, salty caramel, vanilla, cinnamon, and graham cracker, It is not too tart but folks will definitely identify it as a pastry sour. It is pretty darn thicc but still very refreshing
