Noble Ale Works said they tried to make the best California IPA they could, and maybe they didn’t make the best one in the state, but all they can say is, “I Love It!” This is a culmination of what they've learned (so far!) from making their single hopped series; Noble Ale Works utilized some of their favorite hops: Mosaic, Simcoe, Citra, Centennial, Amarillo, Ekuanot and couple others. Golden in color, medium in body with flavors reminiscent of Frankenberry, magnolia flowers and ruby red grapefruit. The finish is dry and crisp.
