Chaos Theory is one of our highest rated milkshake IPAs. We've only brewed it once with mango, but decided to have some fun with it this time around with the addition of real soursop puree. Who's heard of a soursop, right? Exactly because of this, this beer is exotic. In fact, we've never heard of an IPA that is fruited with soursop. But, from what we've read, it carries the flavor profile of juicy fruit gum, which, when combined with 7lbs per barrel of El Dorado, Azacca, and Mosaic T90/Cryo, becomes liquid juicy fruit gum. Brewed with lactose for a full body, we are really excited for this beer.
