The second release in a new series that focuses on one adjunct from different regions, Cinnamomum embodies what Main & Mill loves about maybe their favorite stout adjunct - cinnamon. This Imperial Stout was circulated and aged on specially sourced Saigon cinnamon from Vietnam chosen for its high aromatic oil content and it’s unique sweet and spicy character. This particular base stout was brewed to exhibit notes of dried cherries, toast, and caramel that works perfectly with this specific genus of cinnamon.
