Cetus, the newest New England IPA from Connecticut Valley Brewing, utilizes an abundance of Galaxy hops with a touch of Mandarina Bavaria to impart a fruity, tropical aroma. Slightly sweet hints of mango and clean undertones of melon round out this intensely hopped brew, which finishes with a pleasant lingering note of tangerine rind.
